Every run, I listen to music. When I forget to charge the batteries of my headphones I’d rather not run or wait until they are charged. It really motivates me and keeps me occupied. But I have to admit that sometimes I get so wrapped up in my thoughts, that I barely hear the music. This happens especially when I’m running a marathon.
But other times I listen intensely and even sing out loud when I’m alone. To me a good running song can be any kind of song, even a very slow one. This goes from Disney to Broadway, to Queens of the Stone Age…
So from now on I want to share my top 5 songs for that month. This does not mean these songs are new, but of course they can be.
